Very nice n friendly business
Purchased a pellet stove and call numerous times last year 2016 asking to have it serviced kept getting promised a call back but never received one. This season we noticed a possible mechanical problem and again have now called twice over a three week period still no return call - Think hard before buying anything from Jeff Pools once the purchase is done the promised help and service gets forgotten
